When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number once it’s on the way.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders within Canada and the U.S. arrive in 5–10 business days. Launch periods may take a bit longer.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we’re only shipping within Canada and the U.S.

What’s your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Final sale items can’t be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email us at jm@artandunion.com with your order number. We'll guide you from there.

What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

Let us know right away and we’ll make it right — no stress.

How do your sizes fit?

Our essentials have a true-to-size, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, go up for more room or down for a tighter fit. We’ll always note any unique fits on product pages.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes — if we have the size in stock, we’ll happily swap it. Just email us within 14 days of delivery.

How do I take care of my pieces?

To keep your items looking their best: wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble low. Avoid bleach and high heat — treat them like you’d treat a favorite.

When do new drops happen?

We release limited drops throughout the year. Each collection is small-run and rarely restocked. Follow us on socials or join the mailing list so you don’t miss the next one.

How do collaborations work?

Each collab is a creative partnership — built from the ground up with artists, designers, and thinkers we respect. These are limited releases that blend our style with theirs.
