Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars or US dollars depending on your location.

SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping on orders over $100 to Canada and the United States.

Orders under $100 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout, shown before you pay.

MADE TO ORDER, AND WHAT THAT MEANS FOR TIMING

We do not hold inventory. Each piece is made after you order it, which is how we avoid producing garments nobody wanted.

There are two stages, and they add together:

Production takes 10 to 12 business days.

Transit takes a further 5 to 10 business days after production.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Drop periods run longer than a standard order. When a piece is released as a time-window edition, production begins after the order window closes, and the shipping estimate for that release is stated on its product page.

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If the tracking has not updated for several days, email hello@artandunion.com and we will chase it.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders within Canada and the United States are fulfilled domestically. You will not be charged customs duties or import fees.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

DELAYED, LOST, OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If tracking shows delivered but the package is not with you, check with your household and neighbours first, then email us. Carriers occasionally scan early.

For packages genuinely lost in transit, email hello@artandunion.com and we will replace the order or refund it in full.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs may apply where the address error was not ours.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Email hello@artandunion.com as soon as possible. We can update an address before a piece ships, but not after.
